Our 28 foot rig is fully outfitted to go hog wild. With a service window we will be offering catering, as well as lunch and dinner at various events in the state of Arizona.
Come try our delicious, slow cooked, slow smoked ,Texas style BBQ brisket. Slow cooked pork butts, burnt ends, chicken and sausage.
