In 2016, Rob and Kim Wheeler were inspired to create the BlendLife "healthy food truck" because they love to be on the move and active, but found it difficult to find quick healthy meal options to fuel their adventures! The "Blend Mobile" became a thriving success and the young couple moved out west to expand the Blend Life Legacy. Check out our website for updates on their continuing adventure this summer, 2019! As a former manager of the Blend Mobile I was honored to pick up the batton as it's new, loving owner. As a Holistic Health Coach, cooking instructor and proud mother of three growing boys, I have also shared their passion for food and adventure! Since we believe in fueling ourselves with meals that enhance a healthy lifestyle, we want to make it easier for others to do so as well. All of our recipes are created with simple ingredients and balance nutrient rich super foods with delicious flavors.
