At www.FoodTrucksIn.com we have made a commitment to being the best source for food trucks and food truck customers to find each other by providing locations and information about the food truck community. As part of that commitment, we will visit as many cities as we can to meet as many operators and customers as we can so we will always be able to fulfill that commitment. We are dedicated to the food truck industry and their customers. And, bringing them together.

And now, every time we have completed one of our trips having met many wonderful food truckers, eaten an enormous amount of their great food and met so many interesting local people, we will post the trucks that we've had the pleasure to see, being grateful for that opportunity yet regretting the food trucks and people that we have missed!

Back in October, 2013 the volunteer organizer of the first Foodstruck York (PA) invited us to attend their first event. Through our email conversations their dedication and excitement was evident. However, we were not able to join them that October night.  Then, in January, they contacted us again us again to give us the update on their second event. This time when we were invited to attend and participate we added it to our event listings as well as adding it to our own calendar and planned the trip.

And, It was an inspiring event. The volunteer organizers, city officials, and food trucks were all committed to having a fun night that all could enjoy.  Everyone was friendly and happy throughout the evening (even during almost 90 minutes of rain).  The last official number in attendance that I heard was 8579! And, all the ones that I saw were smiling! Really a good event!

We were so glad that we were able to meet so many enthusiastic and first rate truckers and customers. And, if you read our posts regularly you'll know that our regrets at these events are that we cannot talk to every single food truck, we can never talk to enough of those in attendance and, try as we might, we can never get to eat at every truck or ever eat as we would like! But, we try! In this case we were so busy talking to food truck customers and partly because, from beginning to end and even during the rainy period, there were lines of 25 or more at just about every truck.

We are happy to share the details about the trucks, including two we have interviewed in the past, at which we did get to eat. And, there were lots more that we did at least get to chat with.

To see the full list of food trucks in attendance that we visited take a look at the event page here!
