Our beloved truck is a retail space to market the work of our baking students. Our culinary arts and baking program teaches homeless and prior incarcerated folks marketable job skills, and everything is baked on premises. Our filled croissants, cinnamon rolls, strudel, brownies, and various cookies are regularly featured in several local coffee houses and the Alaska Railroad coffee kiosk in the Anchorage depot.
