A Flying Sausage features gourmet, truckmade sausages, burgers, and full breakfast menu. We serve breakfast throughout Jacksonville 5 days a week.
Our signature lunch/dinner item is the Chicken Sausage and Waffles which is a fried chicken sausage patty on a housemade maple waffle, topped with collard greens and a sweet chili sauce.
Our burgers are made from houseground brisket. We also create an assortment of sausage burgers such as the Chorizo Burger which is served with pepperjack cheese, pickled red onion, fried avocado, cilantro sour cream, lettuce, and tomato.
