Our menu has a wide selection of both meats and sides to choose from, so each guest will find something they like. We use locally grown hickory and apple wood in our smokers, and choose only the best cuts of meat. Our meat choices include pulled pork, beef brisket, pulled chicken, whole chickens, sausage, pork baby back ribs, and other taste treats. We also do pig roasts and cook pigs from 20 to 150 pounds! Our hogs are injected and marinate for 24 hours, giving us juicy, flavorful meat every time.
