The Little Blue Trailer serves up the best brisket in town. Chopped or sliced burritos and sandwiches, brisket nachos and sausage wraps.  Made from scratch funnel cakes and real Hawaiian Shaved Ice. 

Bringing Cubano to the Llano Estacado! Llano Cubano food truck is female owned by a 2nd generation Cuban. We specialize in serving authentic Cuban cuisine, food truck style.

Thursday: Drug Emporium 11-2pm
Friday: Trinity Christian School 11-2pm
