Uncle Eddie's BBQ was founded in Spring of 2018. After a prosperous 25 year career at Penndot, I felt the time was right to strike out on my own. I had been cooking whole hogs for 30 years, and had been on the bbq circuses and chili trail in competition last 5 years and also went to myron mixon bbq school in 2016 and some of my good friends which inspired me to start the food truck trailer. Cooking has always been a passion of mine I also do caters fundraiser etc. 99 percent of the time the meat will be smoke on site because I think coming off the smoker is better than heating it up and serve.
