Simple, fresh, & delicious: Whenever possible, we use only locally grown, organic produce. Farm to table is our passion. Even our hickory fire wood is locally sourced. Together, we will work with you to create a menu, and service style that creates excitement for your guests. Whether it is a buffet, or cooking menu selections to order, your guests will be thrilled with this exciting new catering option, and they will be talking about your event for days. Burning hickory hardwood creates oven temperatures up to 900 F, cooking a pizza or calzone in about 90 seconds. Our Italian Ice recipe consists of a water-based, fat-free, dairy-free, cholesterol-free, and high fructose corn syrup-free gourmet ​dessert of many different flavors​. Our setup is very easy and does not require electricity or any accommodations other than a space for either our 18’ x 8’ bus or 5’ x 5’ push cart.

Goodwin’s South of the River is a family-owned business est. March 2018, and on the road since March 2020. We are now attending public events and fairs! We are also catering private events.

CJ’s Tacos services it’s customers from a canopy tent and custom food truck. We can be found at events such as fairs, festivals, parties and events we cater. What keeps our customers coming back? It’s simple, the unique way we prepare our tortillas! At CJ’s Tacos, we use nothing but gluten-free white or yellow corn tortillas. We prepare them by pan-frying the shells in about a half inch of corn oil until they get a nice golden crust. This makes a crisp outer layer, while still retaining softness when you bite into it. The taco will never break or crumble on you like the standard hard shell taco. We like to say our shells are the perfect middle ground between hard and soft shell. The absolute best of both worlds!
