Combining our love for cooking with our Latin heritage, we set out to bring something new to Lancaster. The result was fresh Peruvian cuisine and Venezuelan inspired arepas. Mara-Leo's is a mobile food truck that serves homemade Italian foods like Meatball Subs, Chicken Parm Subs, Penne Pasta, Chicken Riggies, Pepperoni Rolls, Garlic Bread & Cannoli Dip. We do public and private events, however private & catered events are the majority of what we do. At Mara-Leo's: It’s all about the food, Mangia! Mangia!
We make and serve our own Fresh, Handcrafted premium Ice Creams and Italian Ices, Ice Cream Cupcakes and Treats. All of our options are customized to your event. We can serve indoors and outside with our Ice Cream Trailers and Push Carts. We serve Weddings, Corporate Events, Private Parties, Sporting Events, Schools and any event you host. Our pledge to you the consumer is to bake the way our grandparents baked. We use all natural ingredients and try to source as many of them locally. We do not use any shortening or margarine or artificial ingredients or colors in our products. The only time any artificial color would be used is if something very specific is ordered that needs a certain color.
Our Gluten Free line is mixed on separate equipment in a separate kitchen. We are able to make some of our gluten free vegan as well which is done in that kitchen or if gluten free is not needed, we can make any of our regular products vegan.
