Eatablished in 2014, Sammich food truck is family owned and operated by brothers Matthew and Mark Moran. Sammich serves panini style sandwiches on locally made Billy Bread - a delicious sourdough. We also offer salads, soup, ice cream sandwiches, popsicles, and beverages. Available for catering events, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Monique's Crêpes is a mobile trailer serving authentic French style sweet crêpes and savory galettes. To stimulate your senses and satisfy your expectations we hand craft authentic French style sweet crêpes and savory galettes made from two traditional batters. Monique trained in crêpe making in Brittany, France, the birthplace of crêpes so that she can bring you the "real thing". Gluten-free buckwheat flour batter is used for all galettes and is optional for sweet crêpes. We primarily use area growers and suppliers to provide the tastiest ingredients while supporting local farmers and businesses. We are also committed to using environmentally conscious packaging so that the only impact we make is on taste, not waste! Only compostable packaging is used. Bikini Panini is a Richmond, Virginia-based food truck that started in January 2017 offering Mediterranean and Cote d'Azur-inspired pressed sandwiches and cuisine.
We're available for lunch, dinner, festivals, corporate events, private parties, brewery & winery events, farmers’ markets, construction sites, or any other food truck needs you might have!
Bikini Panini is a proud member of the Richmond Food Truck Association. Our current clients include: Hardywood Park Craft Brewery, Shockoe Valley Manufacturing, RVA Dental Care, Kindred Spirits Brewery, Castleburg Brewery and Taproom, Isley Brewing Company, Ardent Craft Ales, Manakin Market, West End Farmers' Market, and many private clients.
