A foot long skewer with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese, battered and deep fried with a side of pizza dipping sauce.

A giant meatball stuffed with spaghetti infused with our asiago cheese sauce and served on a bed of pasta with our homemade marinara.

Penne pasta cooked to al dente and served with our famous asiago cheese sauce.

We start with a bed of tater tots. We then add our homemade Smoked Gouda and Cheddar Cheese Sauce. Next we add our smokey baked beans. Then comes the porcheta (pork) roasted in Italian herbs to perfection. We top it off with our Paradiso Sauce (Coconut butter rum and lime glaze). We served this dish with a side of our original cranberry cole slaw.
