About 30 years ago, Jose and Bernadette started their food truck adventure in a smalltown in northern New Mexico, here's the story of how the two started in the food service industry.
We fell in love and we had a plan. We bought a cow and half a pig and had them butchered into ground beef and chicharones. We sold burritos and burgers at the local fiestas and made just enough money to run away to the big city. (Albuquerque) We bought a food truck and with the help of our amazing family we have been in the catering business ever since.
