Monique's Crepes

Monique's Crêpes is a mobile trailer serving authentic French style sweet crêpes and savory galettes. To stimulate your senses and satisfy your expectations we hand craft authentic French style sweet crêpes and savory galettes made from two traditional batters. Monique trained in crêpe making in Brittany, France, the birthplace of crêpes so that she can bring you the "real thing".  Gluten-free buckwheat flour batter is used for all galettes and is optional for sweet crêpes. We primarily use area growers and suppliers to provide the tastiest ingredients while supporting local farmers and businesses. We are also committed to using environmentally conscious packaging so that the only impact we make is on taste, not waste! Only compostable packaging is used.
