Micks’d Up Kitchen is an award-winning craft BBQ operation serving Biloxi and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We cook exclusively over split hardwood on traditional offset smokers, with rotating small-batch menus featuring premium brisket, ribs, pulled pork, house-made sausage, scratch-made sides, and creative specialty meats.
Built around real wood, clean smoke, and scratch-made food, our menu changes regularly rather than serving the same lineup week after week.
