Ruhland’s Strudel Haus is a maker of fabulous sweet and savory strudel. We are inspired by the belief that food is a celebration and is integrated in our relationship with the Earth and one another. Our hope is that what we make will gather people around the table to celebrate the love and community found in family and friends. Our goal is to create food that brings joy and delight.
Started in 2002 as a food concession for art fairs and community events we have now grown into a producer of artisanal hand-made, frozen, take-and-bake strudels with over 30 varieties from which to choose. Traditional Apple, seasonal Colorado Peach, and scrumptious Blueberry–Lemon strudels are among the many sweet options available. Savory entrée strudels include, but not limited to, such unique creations as Spinach-Feta-Artichoke Heart, Brat and Sauerkraut, and Chicken Asparagus Alfredo.
