We are two sisters with a passion for good food. Growing up in an Italian family, food has been the center of every gathering, event, and Sunday supper. With a desire to work together and serve the Miami Valley Community, Bella Sorella Pizza was born. Elizabeth, an experienced pizzaiola, built her first outdoor brick oven 8 years ago. Since then she has diligently practiced and refined her skills as a pizza maker. Her 1-acre garden is filled with only the freshest, organic vegetables that she shares with you in every bite!
We are a gourmet hot dog trailer with a zombie horror themed menu sliced and diced: A quarter pound all beef hotdog topped with roasted pears, goat cheese, candied almonds, mixed greens, and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Juan of the Dead: Slow roasted pulled bbq pork, topped with pickles, and mustard with swiss cheese.
The name What the Taco?! was created by my friends and I joking around one evening after I made them food! I started this food truck based on 3 things: 1. I love tacos (who doesn't!) 2. Love of serving and talking with people 3. To give people fresh and not your Taco Bell tacos! Our menu is always changing due to giving you freshest and delicious food! If you see us out, stop by and give us a try!
The food is fun, fresh and special tater-tots along with specialty ALL BEEF hot-dogs (Yes hot dogs second)
Underdog (noun) – The long shot, dark horse, and/or the little guy. We’re a food truck of non-pretentious, good time foods made with quality ingredients.
Some examples of our HOTS would be; the “Good ol’ J.R.” an all-beef hot dog covered with bacon, smoked pulled pork and BBQ sauce, “Home Run” an all-beef hot dog covered with mac & cheese and bacon, “Jenny from the Block” an all-beef hot dog with guacamole, sour cream, pico, fritos covered with melted cheese (kinda like a walking taco). And of course we have a Chicago Dog known on our truck as the Clark & Addison.
Now the TOTS; they are fresh fried (no heat lamp at Underdogs Mobile), 100% vegetable oil and enough to share. “Loaded Tots” like a loaded baked potato with cheese, sour cream, bacon and scallions, “Hillbilly Tots” covered with smoked pulled pork and BBQ. We also offer our “Basic Tots” that are simply fresh fried and good and a great side item to any hot dog.
DOGS FOR DOGS is a hot dog cart that gives back to the community...namely its 4-legged friends. This one-man business gives 10% of its profits to SISCA and the Montgomery County Humane Society. Now in its fourth season at Courthouse Square in Dayton, they serve a variety of all-beef hot dogs at reasonable prices and have many loyal customers. Hot dog prices range from $2.75 to $3.25, so it won't break your bank account, and they also accept credit cards, too. Have some delicious food and help out local animals at the same time!
