And when it comes to choripán, we've mastered the art of blending flavors and textures for a truly satisfying experience. But that's not all! We've also crafted a selection of burgers that fuse the boldness of Argentine flavors with the comfort of a classic favorite.

Sasquatcho Taco is a family owned and operated Food Trailer located in the valley of the sun. We offer Mesquite grilled Carne Asada & Pollo Asado Street Tacos, Green/Red Chile Burritos, Quesadillas and much more. Our Chef owners graduated the top of their class from Arizona Culinary in Scottsdale. We pride ourselves on offering only the best fresh ingredients. 

Food Trucks Land at Lippitt Park 9-17-23

Come out to our final summer event at our newest location. We will be rolling into Lippitt Park on the East Side of Providence in the Summit neighborhood.

Attendance is free, just pay for what you eat and drink from over a dozen food trucks accepting cash, credit, and debit cards.

In addition to great food, there will be live music and a perfect opportunity to connect with your friends and neighbors.
