Introducing Artisan Bites Food Truck – where gourmet meets convenience on wheels! Serving the Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut area, our food truck brings artisanal flavors and thoughtfully curated options to your events, gatherings, and local hangouts. Our signature menu features everything from premium charcuterie boxes filled with the finest cured meats, cheeses, and rich chocolates, to mouthwatering paninis crafted on fresh Seven Stars Bakery sourdough.

In 2023 we, Sara Rose “Rosie” and Brian, being the spontaneous couple that we are; decided to get married and open a new food truck business. This journey has been fantastic. We have gone from childhood sweethearts to a fun loving couple that still continues to view the world through a whimsical lens. We have put together a menu that has been carefully curated from many facets of our past and present. We are sharing the things that have inspired us. This menu will continue to evolve just as we have. We are excited to share our inspiration with you!

Our food truck offers a variety of both sweet and savory crepes made to order, perfect for any time of day. From traditional fillings like Nutella and strawberries to hearty creations with chicken, mushrooms, and cheese, we’ve got something for everyone. We are based in Carroll County, MD, and bring gourmet street food to local events, private parties, and festivals into Central Maryland.

Delicious bundt cakes with cream cheese frosting offered in multiple sizes from individual to large cakes. Multiple flavors including gluten free options. Our van will come to you and set up a display to sample and sell our products indoor or outdoor. Popular for craft fairs, festivals and employee lunches.
