Grégoire started in 2002 with a bold idea: to bring French-inspired gourmet food to the fast-casual world, using fresh, high-quality ingredients and offering it for takeout. Though initially met with skepticism, our commitment to quality quickly made us a local favorite, known for our famous potato puffs, seasonal menu, and now our culinary truck, which takes our gourmet creations on the road. Today, Grégoire thrives as a beloved eatery, with plans to expand through franchising, sharing our fine-fast-casual concept with even more communities.

Serving the Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut area, our food truck brings artisanal flavors and thoughtfully curated options to your events, gatherings, and local hangouts. Our signature menu features everything from premium charcuterie boxes filled with the finest cured meats, cheeses, and rich chocolates, to mouthwatering paninis crafted on fresh Seven Stars Bakery sourdough.

In 2023 we, Sara Rose “Rosie” and Brian, being the spontaneous couple that we are; decided to get married and open a new food truck business. This journey has been fantastic. We have gone from childhood sweethearts to a fun loving couple that still continues to view the world through a whimsical lens. We have put together a menu that has been carefully curated from many facets of our past and present. We are sharing the things that have inspired us. This menu will continue to evolve just as we have. We are excited to share our inspiration with you!
