Our asados are expertly seasoned and perfectly cooked, ensuring a taste that's both bold and unforgettable. Our empanadas are handcrafted with love, offering a delightful array of fillings. And when it comes to choripán, we've mastered the art of blending flavors and textures for a truly satisfying experience. But that's not all! We've also crafted a selection of burgers that fuse the boldness of Argentine flavors with the comfort of a classic favorite.

Sasquatcho Taco

Sasquatcho Taco is a family owned and operated Food Trailer located in the valley of the sun. We offer Mesquite grilled Carne Asada & Pollo Asado Street Tacos, Green/Red Chile Burritos, Quesadillas and much more. Our Chef owners graduated the top of their class from Arizona Culinary in Scottsdale. We pride ourselves on offering only the best fresh ingredients. 

Food Trucks Land at Lippitt Park 9-17-23

Come out to our final summer event at our newest location. We will be rolling into Lippitt Park on the East Side of Providence in the Summit neighborhood.

Attendance is free, just pay for what you eat and drink from over a dozen food trucks accepting cash, credit, and debit cards.

In addition to great food, there will be live music and a perfect opportunity to connect with your friends and neighbors.

The MOObile

The MOObile uses beef supplied by the Pierce Creek Cattle Company, which is our 4th generation Missouri ranch. The MOObile is available for public events, private parties, and catered functions. We offer a range of dishes from smash burgers and tallow fries on the food truck to steaks at catered events. The focus and branding is locally sourced beef pasture-raised with no added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. The food truck is a ground-up rebuild from the inside out with all new restaurant equipment and mechanical equipment.

Check out 20+ talented and unique artists, a variety of food trucks and live music while enjoying a delicious adult beverage.

Enjoy your food and beverages outside with the artisans and music, or head inside and take advantage of the seating throughout the tasting room!

Eat at great local trucks provided by PVD Food Truck Events. All food trucks accept cash, credit or debit. List of participating trucks will be posted closer to the event.

Fall Assembly of Food Trucks 10-8-23

Our popular summer event is back for one more fall visit.

Attendance is free and tickets are not required, just pay for what you eat and drink from a great variety of food trucks accepting cash, credit, and debit cards.

Make yourself at home on the lawn. Bring chairs, and blankets and create your perfect relaxation spot and enjoy the evening with family and friends.

In addition to great food, there will be live music and Trinity Brewhouse will be serving up local beer and wine.
