We started out cooking on the KCBS Competition circuit in 2014. We won numerous awards for our BBQ. We now own a state of the art BBQ food trailer.

We're a mobile food concession trailer who loves the country we live in & our soldiers past & present. 

The rolling omelet serves Breakfast and Lunch in Afton, Wyoming. Open from 7am to 3pm Monday through Saturday

Jinx Tea offers cleverly crafted tea drinks, that are fresh, real and sweet(ish). Our menu features iced teas, bubble teas, nitro-infused teas and tea cocktails (no alcohol, of course!). Our mission is to produce the maximum amount of flavor and delight, with the least amount of sugar, using only the freshest ingredients. It’s still a treat, with a lot less of the sweet. Our teas are sourced from family farms and small farmer cooperatives in China to ensure the highest quality. Organic when we can is our goal.

Introduce your taste buds to traditional Greek cuisine as well as a Mediterranean fresh Dips with a spicy twist.  Tzikii is also a home to some of the tastiest Vegan Dishes, like "Koshari" and Tameya "Falafel"

Hawk's Pizzas opened in September 2014 and is located in the heart of Omaha NE. Owner Branden Ciciulla has been making pizzas for nearly 20 years and worked in the restaurant industry for over ten years. 
All the recipes are original creations from Branden and made fresh for the best flavor for you, the customer. 

 The Churro Truck sells churros, tacos & a variety of authentic Mexican food! We do events too!

The La Casa Pizzaria Food Truck offers the same famous pizza you know and love by-the-slice as well as Italian sandwiches, appetizers and specialty items only available from the truck! We are available for corporate lunches, private parties, wedding receptions, and more!
