We specialize in scratch-made jamaican patties & cuisine. Our patties consist of a flaky pastry dough with various savory fillings, including: Traditional Beef, Jerk Chicken, Curry Vegetable, Calaloo & Dumpling, Curry chicken w/ cheese, and Ackee & Saltfish. Our Rice Bowls consist of various proteins over rice, including Jerk Chicken over rice & peas, Coconut curry chicken breast over white rice, Curry Chickpeas & Carrots over Coconut rice.

I Grew Up In Vandergrift, PA above a Butcher shop & Corner Grocery Store. I worked in our family run business until 1993 and was a 3rd Generation Butcher. I have been working In The Food Industry For Over 32 yrs:
