Girardi's Kabobs serves our famous freshly grilled 1/4 lb pork kabobs with customer choice of Jack Daniels Sauce, Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce, Frank's Red Hot or Lemon Juice. We do Fairs, Carnivals, Special Events and Catering. Other menu items can be added depending on the event such as Nachos with Chili & Cheese, Freshly Popped Popcorn, Sabrett all beef Hotdogs and Sausage & Onion sandwiches. Momma Truck is naturally the oldest of the bunch. She was born in May 2009 and inherited the family business from her father, Chevy the truck, who had passed away a few weeks earlier (chronic engine failure at age 41, may he rest in peace). Like her dad, she is all yellow and feisty! The wafel Gods created her with a much bigger awning, giving her a wider view of her wafel…instruments. She travels throughout the city making two stops each day making sure she gets to as many dinges as possible. She can also be found catering behind the scenes of your favorite TV shows!
