We strive to be creative with our ideas and food and you should too! Follow our Food Truck as we roam Southern California! We're MAD for Dumplings and we hope you are too.

The menu consists of simple, fresh, intense flavors all wrapped up in a homemade flour tortilla.

Space City Spudz is a concession food trailer serving up a variety of baked potatoes and tasty dishes. Our mobile commercial kitchen is based out of Pearland, TX, and serves the tri-county area. We have always had a passion for cooking for friends and family, and decided to turn our passion into a business to share with others. Our dishes are handmade from scratch, and we pride ourselves on customer service and quality.
