Look no further We make a gourmet chicken, potato, egg  and rice dish - but flavored with warm spices and exotic aromatics - that makes these humble ingredients into both a comfort and artisanal food. Yes. Possible. Half the world swear by it. But here in Boulder, suprisingly few (read none) make this version that is inspired by the Biriyani chefs of the city of Kolkata (also known as Calcutta).
