The original start of Po Sam's Restaurant was back in April 5th, 1997 in Harviell, Missouri. The original owners were Sam & Glory Watkins aka my parents, I relaunch Po Sam's into my food trailer. Fresh food cook to order since June 7th, 2018!

We are a veteran owned and operated mobile food trailer. We serve Blue Bell ice cream. We also serve a new creation called a Cinnamon Roll Waffle that is out of this world yummy. We have brownie Bowls, shake, coke floats, and root beer floats. 

David and Toni Shytle have been in the restaurant industry a combined...well...lets just say a long time.
David is a retired Army Ranger Restaurant Consultant.Toni,a chef,spent time in her home country of New Zealand recently,expanding on her passion.
