My name is Collin. I have been a trained chef for about 30 years. Beach City Dawgs food trailer is gourmet hot dogs in a special seasoned broth with unique gourmet hamburgers and sides. I do have a catering and private party division called The Groovy Ladle where I can flex my culinary muscles and use the knowledge and experience of thirty years to create the ultimate dining experience. The Groovy Ladle can provide traditional and food truck catering experience as well. I look forward to serving your next event whether through Beach City Dawgs or The Groovy Ladle.
