Our pink truck serves all the same quality coffee, tea, matcha, smoothies, treats and gelato as our café on Central Avenue in downtown Whitefish. Our menu is totally customizable. With its eye-catching design and delicious offerings, our pink truck is always a crowd pleaser! We are available for events and to partner on mutually beneficial commission-based parking opportunities. The truck measures 17 feet long and 6 feet wide.

We are a Farm-to-table food trailer that focuses on presenting the best and most flavorful meals, using locally sourced ingredients in North Carolina. We serve Mexican refreshers (aguas frescas), tacos, quesadillas, fresh guacamole, and so much more to come! We raise our ostrich personally at our farm, Misty Morning Ranch, in Robbins North Carolina, while our beef is sourced from Southern Grace Farm in High Falls, North Carolina, and chorizo from Parnell Farms in Fayetteville, NC.
