Chef Shack is a mobile kitchen serving up some of the tastiest street food in Minneapolis. Started in 2007 by two of the Twin Cities' best known chefs - Carrie Summer and Lisa Carlson, you can find the Chef Shack trucks on weekdays lunch hours in downtown Minneapolis or at farmers' markets on weekends.

Our mission is relatively simple: to produce genuine food. In order to do it we’ve got to remain faithful to both our roots and our imagination. We spend some time studying food, for sure, but we rely just as heavily on intuition. This means we aren’t striving so much for authenticity, which is often uncompromising anyway.

Tollefson Family Grill

All the pork we serve is fresh from our southern MN family farm. Raised without animal bi-products, growth hormones, or feed-based antibiotics, our pork is lower in saturated fat and high in Omega 3 Fatty Acids. The Tollefson Family Gill Food Truck is available for Events, Special Occasions and we can come to your company location for lunch too!

Steuben's, Denver, is a restaurant that respects the history of its name and the core ingredients of the American Regional classics we have attempted to recreate. These dishes are America’s cuisine and American’s interpretations of the dishes of our diverse cultural heritage. We have enjoyed the endless debates, opinions, stories, research, consultations and food memories that have led us to the opening version of the Steuben’s menu. 

Tot Boss Truck

TOT BOSS puts a creative spin on an American classic side dish, the tater tot. From the Minnesota favorite, tater tot hot dish, to a tot-based version of poutine made with melted cheese curds from the famous Ellsworth Creamery, TOT BOSS provides a new way to eat the golden brown Ore-Ida potatoes. Bacon wrapped Tater Tots stand as a local favorite along with tater tot nachos. Several items are gluten free and cashiers know sign language.
