Pop Pop's Italian ice was founded in 1997 in Albuquerque, NM.In 2018 the company was sold to new owners, who transitioned to a new business model focused on "Mobile Retail Units." With several thousand events in the last few years, Pop Pop's has grown to over seven mobile units and opened a retail store in 2022
