Rocko’s Ice Cream Tacos is a gourmet handcrafted local and organic ice cream taco vendor. We serve a variety of delicious ice creams served from a mobile ice cream truck or cart. The ice cream taco is ice cream packed into a waffle cone shell. It is then dipped in one of four delicious dips (milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, or peanut butter) and is then flash frozen in liquid nitrogen on the spot to create a magic shell.
