Community Kitchen Pgh

At Community Kitchen Pgh, "we use food as the foundation to change lives and strengthen communities." Our nonprofit's culinary training program is provided at no cost to participants, many of whom may be experiencing barriers to employment. They gain valuable work experience in our commercial training kitchen, as well as our food truck. Paired with our job placement services, they're able to acquire employment with higher than entry-level pay. Proceeds from our food truck go right back into our culinary training, job placement, and hunger relief programs.
