Introducing “Crêpes Parfait” a mobile vending unit serving authentic French crêpes, in both varieties: The savory ones, known in France as “Gallettes” are made with rich and hearty buckwheat flour, prepared fresh right before your eyes, the chef spreads the batter over a crêpe griddle, flips it and fills it with a medley of ingredients and serves it to you in a crêpe cone. The other variety is sweet dessert crêpes, made with wheat flour and filled with a variety of aromatic authentic preserves, creams, chocolates and fruits and served to you warm in a crêpes cone.

The Bratwurst King

The Bratwurst King is a mobile food unit serving a variety of delicious European style sausages and other unique food products. We provide one of a kind meal experience and are unique to the Washington DC area.
Our concept is based on the old fashioned Würstelstand seen throughout the Old World and we are doing our best to match the attitude as well. The Würstelstand owner is usually a robust, humourous character who has nerves of steel and enjoys to dish out sideorders of worldy wisdom on the house.
