Slidin' Dirty has been "Gettin' Dirty"
in the Capital Region of NY since summer of 2012. We put a unique spin on
street food serving up a variety of gourmet sliders and appetizers. Slidin'
Dirty can be seen slidin' around the streets of Troy, in Albany's Empire
State Plaza and at festivals all over upstate New York slinging the best
sliders in town. We also offer an array of catering services ranging from
take out style drop offs and food truck parties to weddings and full service
banquets. Any occasion is the right occasion to be Slidin' Dirty!

We serve hand-cut french fries, unique dipping sauces, and real-sugar sodas in glass bottles. We also grill up some tasty sandwiches, and offer a fun variety of fries with different toppings.

The Whey Station is a mobile food truck serving a creative menu of gourmet grilled cheese. We pride ourselves on making as much as possible from scratch, and using only quality ingredients with as much local products as well. We strive to find unique accompaniments such as Zapp's Chips from Louisiana and local soda from Avery's from New Britain

Street Eats is both a gourmet Food Truck & Brick and Mortar establishment, which is located in the Imperial Garden Tower (989 James Street, Syracuse NY). Street Eats is owned by chef Paul Cox, who serves up iconic street style food with a culinary twist.

The Cheesy Chick will offer a variety of specialty grilled cheese sandwiches using an array of the freshest, highest quality ingredients. You will see breads on our menu that range from Italian to Sourdough to Rye to Cinnamon Raisin to English Muffins.
