Cocky's Bagels has the best bagels in Cleveland. And no, they're not even cocky about it, though they certainly could be given the namesake. This food truck is serving up fresh bagels in a myriad of forms, with a simple aim to provide "the ultimate bae goals". Ok, subjecting us all to that pun is a pretty cocky move. But they're confident in their bagels, and they've got the quality to back it up.

Las Gringas is a signature Mexican dish. It's a variety of tacos that uses a flour tortilla as a base and is topped with queso oxaca (mozerella cheese), carne al pastor, pineapple and salsa roja or verde.

We started out cooking on the KCBS Competition circuit in 2014. We won numerous awards for our BBQ. We now own a state of the art BBQ food trailer.
