CJ’s Tacos services it’s customers from a canopy tent and custom food truck. We can be found at events such as fairs, festivals, parties and events we cater. What keeps our customers coming back? It’s simple, the unique way we prepare our tortillas! At CJ’s Tacos, we use nothing but gluten-free white or yellow corn tortillas. We prepare them by pan-frying the shells in about a half inch of corn oil until they get a nice golden crust. This makes a crisp outer layer, while still retaining softness when you bite into it.

From the backwoods of the Carolinas, to the meat markets of Texas, to the hole-in-the-walls of Memphis, Q-BBQ was inspired by authentic barbeque traditions from across the country. Our smoked meats are cooked low and slow for up to 22 hours. Our sauces are homemade and our sides are from-scratch. But our flavors are far from ordinary. We’re taking America's original comfort food and adding our own signature style. Q-Style...we hope you’re ready for awesome.

Family and locally owned Southside Sliders is a mobile food truck and catering service serving the Huntington, WV, tri-state area and specializing in Unique Sliders and Tater Tots. 

We are a mobile concession trailer that can meet all your needs. Birthdays, Weddings, Quinceañeras,etc. We have krazy good food at a krazy good price!

Pitmaster/Owner Pete has spent the past decade perfecting the art and science of smoking meats.  The secret to Pete's smoking success is his custom made, reverse-flow wood fired smoker.  The slow and even heat bring out the best in Pete's secret blend of spices that will make your mouth water.  The rubs are unique to each meat that Pete smokes.

With Clyde's Cupcakes you can enjoy so much more than just cupcakes. Of course we do cupcakes, but we also do cookies, brownies, edible cookie dough, ice cream cookie sandwiches and create your own ice cream brownie sundaes. You dream it and we can do it!
