Space City Spudz is a concession food trailer serving up a variety of baked potatoes and tasty dishes. Our mobile commercial kitchen is based out of  Pearland, TX, and serves the tri-county area. We have always had a passion for cooking for friends and family, and decided to turn our passion into a business to share with others. Our dishes are handmade from scratch, and we pride ourselves on customer service and quality.

The Empanada Sonata’s goal is to provide the ultimate “eat out” experience. We will offer at least 15 delicious, home-made empanadas ranging from the classic beef empanada to a dessert-based Nutella and Banana empanada. The Empanada Sonata will also feature seasonal empanadas! Along with this wide range of delicious empanadas, our guest can choose from 10-15 different dipping sauces.
