Ruhland’s Strudel Haus is a maker of fabulous sweet and savory strudel. We are inspired by the belief that food is a celebration and is integrated in our relationship with the Earth and one another. Our hope is that what we make will gather people around the table to celebrate the love and community found in family and friends. Our goal is to create food that brings joy and delight. Started in 2002 as a food concession for art fairs and community events we have now grown into a producer of artisanal hand-made, frozen, take-and-bake strudels with over 30 varieties from which to choose.

Texas Star Bakery will create a fresh assortment of dessert confections that will change with the season to assure we have what you are hungry for.

The moment customers walk up to Mr. Frazier’s Fish Fry, they can expect a family friendly atmosphere, southern hospitality and great food. Our cuisine is Down-Home cooking where great Southern Style Fried Catfish is just the beginning. With a menu for the whole family, patrons can expect a variety of Fried or Grilled Catfish filets, Fried Catfish Steaks, Big Bone Buffalo and whole Whiting. Our sandwich menu includes Shrimp Po-Boys, Catfish Filet Po-Boys and Hand-mashed burgers cooked to perfection. We also offer favorites including Fish Tacos, Hot Wings, Tamales and Fried Frog Legs.

Lumpy's Ice Cream was created for kids of all ages. While taking his kids out for ice cream and seeing the pure joy it brought to them, Buck went to work at his kitchen table to create Lumpy's all natural ice cream without additives, synthetic hormones or food color. Made in small batches, using local cream, the freshest fruit, sugar and other delicious natural flavors Lumpy's Ice Cream is a healthy treat. All natural, home-made, farm fresh ice cream gone mobile! Lumpy's makes the best of artisan, ice cream from local ingredients (when available)
