Las Gringas is a signature Mexican dish. It's a variety of tacos that uses a flour tortilla as a base and is topped with queso oxaca (mozerella cheese), carne al pastor, pineapple and salsa roja or verde.
We started out cooking on the KCBS Competition circuit in 2014. We won numerous awards for our BBQ. We now own a state of the art BBQ food trailer.

Our mission is to produce the maximum amount of flavor and delight, with the least amount of sugar, using only the freshest ingredients. It’s still a treat, with a lot less of the sweet. Our teas are sourced from family farms and small farmer cooperatives in China to ensure the highest quality. Organic when we can is our goal.
