We are a Tulsa based food cart proudly serving Tulsa since 2011.  We serve local handmade bratwurst soaked in Oklahoma brewed beer and local farm butter, fried up to golden perfection each order.  Bratwurst are served on a bun with sauerkraut, grilled onions, spicy mustard and our specially made curry ketchup.

Our 2012 custom built 28” mobile kitchen is quite a crowd pleaser. We are self contained and powered. We have a back porch on her with a custom 25 R reverse flow smoker. It stays smoking for the whole event as the aroma of apple, peach or hickory smoke fills the air.

Our Mobile Kitchen Units are serving most delicious cuisines from the Coast of East Africa with Indian, Mediterranean & Caribbean fusions.
